First I wanted to wish my amazing boyfriend a happy birthday, another year older and more handsome! You are the other half of this wonderful blog we work so hard on, thank you for always supporting me and I hope to always be here for you. I love you, now cheers lets celebrate!
Getting into the holiday spirit I picked a look that would be perfect for any holiday party. What better way to way to show off in a dress is at your holiday party? This Charlotte Russe Lurex Bodycon dress is an off white with a chiffon top and sparkles on the rest; it is the essential dress for any party! I love the cut and it looks sassy with a fit blazer. My tweed combination blazer from Zara is a mixture of classic tweed and leather lapels for a modern twist. This is one of my most beloved jackets and it is great for the holidays with the red and black intertwined. I added a larger top handle purse from Shoedazzle in taupe, the sleek lines and color blend well, even though I would use a clutch at night. I love this Stella and Dot Crescent necklace which it is a delicate gold necklace that turns this outfit from just another look to glamorous. Lastly, these c/o Jessica Simpson heels via Marshalls are high, attractive and comfortable. I love a sling back heel, they really are great if you are standing or walking for a long period of time. Hope you like this festive holiday inspired outfit, now all I need is some champagne.
Today's outfit could be summed up in one word, hot! I will first start off with the article of clothing makes it all happen for me and that's her stunning dress. This dress is so flattering on her and really makes her body look absolutely amazing, I was going to mention the white gives it this great beauty but really I think any color would accomplish this. The heels add to her beautiful legs and the bag looks cute as well but what could make it better is her jacket choice. This jacket just doesn't fit, the color is off and more importantly the shoulders are way too square it really dates it and makes me believe it came from mom’s closet. Other than the blazer I stick by my first sentence.

So I could not resist, since you all loved the plaid shirt yesterday I continued with another plaid piece that is a great fall/winter item you can layer with. This plaid blazer is from H&M but sold out, stylish version here. I love the suede elbow patches and it’s a little larger than being tight which works when piling on the sweaters, if ever in Cali? It looks very Sherlock Holmes with my recent purchase of this camel floppy hat with a leather tie from Target. This hat has been on my “I really NEED that hat” imaginary list in my head, so I could not resist. I added my favorite peplum blouse in navy from PB&J Boutique; it really blends nice with this blazer and keeps this a neutral colored outfit. I always need some sparkle and this Sole Society necklace shines against the blues and browns, effortlessly glamorous. These denim flare jeans are a darker wash and slim fit; designed by Hudson Jeans who make amazing jeans to fit anyone, just right. I added some more neutral tones with my Forever 21 booties that complete this ensemble and a little Phillip Lim for Target mini satchel in my hand. Mixing neutrals and blues is a great holiday choice; try it out with a hat!
He Said:Today's outfit would be perfect if it wasn't for her hat. This hat looks like in belongs in a Halloween costume store two months ago. I love the rest of this outfit; her jacket grabs my attention, the necklace shines and her hair is beautiful. Her shoes are really pointless because you can't see them and her bag is cute because it is not oversized. I like the neutrals and blues mixed together. But really all those things I love do not matter because of that hat.

Plaid has been around for a long time, I remember seeing Cher wear it with her 90’s skirt and knee high socks, very fashionable then and guess what that trend is back. It can be worn very woods-like like the guys from Duck Dynasty or classic as a plaid suit. I found this plaid studded top from Marshalls, my go to shopping spot for all things trending. I love the metal studs and it looks very Ralph Lauren going horseback riding. I added this tassel Stella and Dot necklace in mixed metals. I paired this plaid favorite with my distressed skinny True Religion Brand Jeans. They fit well into my Melissa Frye Boots which I think are a match made in heaven for a beautiful plaid shirt. I changed up my iphone case for this all American one from Charlotte Russe, love that the studs match my collar. So feeling very trendy I picked an oversized Phillip Lim for Target tote which holds everything I could possibly need! This is a great look for the holidays, where it is snowing or brisk, just add a jacket and you are set. Do you like plaid for fall?
Today's outfit is a nice mix of casual and classy in plaid. I love how the flannel is paired with the necklace; it's what gives me that feeling of casual classy. She looks very approachable today and a down to earth nice girl. The best part of her outfit once again must go to her footwear. You almost can never go wrong with boots and I am starting to believe that more and more myself because I can't remember the last time I didn't like a pair of boots on her. She looks fashionable today without looking like she is trying too hard and that's always sexy.

I hope you all had a wonderful holiday weekend, did you do some shopping? I shopped all weekend and found some amazing clothing deals, but I wanted to share some great Cyber Monday specials below! I wore this similar outfit for Thanksgiving dinner. This over sized blouse is so unique with an embossed fabric and faux sleeves, similar one here. Forever 21 have some amazing promotions 50% OFF! My Hudson coated skinny jeans are sexy and comfortable; they are a dark chocolate brown and fit like a glove. I always have a soft spot for a perfect pair of booties, great color, style and comfort. When Sole Society wanted to collaborate I knew these Helena booties were the one. They are so light weight, low cut and are in so many beautiful hues for fall. I picked cloud because they are something I don’t already have. HE also helped pick these out, along with this, Phoebe Printed Envelope clutch in a leopard print with soft linen canvas fabric was an accessory choice. The contrast of a wild print and dark tones make this a ideal fall look. I added a bold purple lip from MAC. I also used my Sultra Bombshell curling iron, posted here. My bracelets are a pretty sea foam color including this chain link and rhinestones from Brina Box and a jade bangle adding flare and sparkle. Shop this whole look and some more, I say you purchase 2 gifts you can spoil yourself. Have fun Cyber Monday shopping!
Today I learned what booties are and I love them. I always knew I liked them and really like the way they look and make her calves look but now I have a name to go with the obsession. I love the grays and blacks in this outfit it actually makes her animal print clutch look good, and that’s coming from someone who does not like animal print. The only thing I see that could make this outfit a little better would be if she added a long necklace, maybe a gold one to match her watch. Today’s outfit has a nice casual stylish look to it, you can see she looks comfortable but there was also an effort that went into it.
